Mango Bay Resort（芒果湾度假村） ★★

Friendly helpful staff, Nice area, pretty. Good pool. Nice beach altho the continous rain and storms didnt help it be nicer. The paddleboarding and activities included were good. Restaurant was nice. Food hit and miss. One time burger amazing. Last night wasnt at all. Bed was comfy. Was really good to have nice people staying to talk to and the awesome staff

Cold shower. The place didn't feel clean cos of the rain the sandy bits fell everywhere. Pillows horrible.

Food excellent, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding was great. Nice to have reef shoes available for guests.

Would have liked a chair in our Bure. I’m sure if we had asked one would have been provided.

Could do with some upgrades, but was a great place to just sit and relax, the staff where excellent and very good with my grandchildren. The food was great, especially the lasagna, which my husband said was the best he had ever had. Snorkeling of the beach was a plus

What’s not to love! The staff are amazing so nice and accommodating! The location is right on the beach, when we were there you couldn’t snorkel ???? directly off the beach as it was low tide from midday. The food is delicious with a varied menu is on a five day cycle. Great selection of drinks available at the bar. Rooms are basic could do with some more shelves around it. Has a clothes line to dry your clothes live this. Ed checks in with you to see how you are enjoying your stay and if you need any assistance with activities or tours. We loved it we left feeling so relaxed and would definitely go back. They have a few hammocks around and a lovely big day bed with ocean views.

Pillows were thin with little support but no worse than other places. Place needs a bit of maintenance but you see the maintenance staff working hard. This certainly did not deter us from loving our time there!

Nice beach and great restaurant food. Ed and Jen the owners were very approachable and helpful in answering any questions. Pool was nice. Free activities equipment was great.

Like many 2-3 star resorts in the Pacific, the word "resort" can be misleading for many people. Expectations come high when you use the word resort. You should think closer to high end backpackers or motel. If you set your expectations high you will likely be disappointed. In the islands, water quality in your room can be an issue. Power cuts do happen. They don't always have a commercial diesel generator for back up power. Wifi may be patchy or restricted to the reception area only. So get your own local SIM card. Things are always getting patched up or maintained, which is normal. Access roads into "resorts" will often be bumpy and gravel. The bures often don't come with aircon and are very simple in their furnishings. Room toilets are often right next to the shower with little separating them. Meals and water will always be double or more than buying outside the resort. So, don't expect a 2-star resort in Fiji to be like a 2-star hotel in the modern Western world. And you'll be sweet.

Could do with a few more breakfast options in the inclusive. The mosquitoes were bad. Activities, I think could improve if they encouraged patrons tondo things. Set activities didnt always go ahead.

Great views, good food, amazing staff, clear water, gorgeous gardens. Everything you wish for on your tropical holiday.

The single beds we had were little uncomfortable but the double ones were great. Bathrooms were not so clean.

La situation est super, nichée au creux d'une petite baie luxuriante, sur une très belle plage, avec une très belle piscine. Les jardins sont magnifiques et bien entretenus. Le personnel est extraordinaire. Le pdj est simple mais bon. Le resto aussi.

La chambre n'était pas très propre. Les lits sont inconfortables, on sent les ressorts. L'hôtel est vieillissant et on sent un manque d'entretien. Un dépotoir sauvage se trouve derrière les bungalows dans la nature.

L’endroit est magnifique, nous avons surtout aimé la tranquillité car vraiment loin de tout. Nous avions le bure vue sur la mer avec douche dans le petit jardin privé extérieur. Le personnel est hyper gentil et aux petits soins. Nous avons profité des kayaks gratuits et des masques et palmes pour faire du snorkeling. La barrière de corail en face du resort est à couper le souffle ainsi que les couchers de soleil. La nourriture des repas (payants) autre que le petit déjeuner était très bonne et variée. Ex: 1 burger et 1 bière 15€.

Le petit déjeuner était très décevant: du pain de mie , des confitures et heureusement de fruits frais. Le resort en général est un peu vieillot mais ils font des efforts pour l’entretien. La piscine avait l’air pas très propre surtout que le soir les crapauds y nageaient dedans sans problème. Si l’emplacement loin de tout peut avoir un côté agréable car très calme de l’autre coté ce n’était pas très pratique pour visiter l’île. En effet le resort se trouve à 10 minutes de voiture de la route principale, donc si pas de voiture de location les déplacements sont un peu pénibles même si on nous a accompagnés souvent en 4x4 jusqu’à l’arrêt du bus sur la route principale. Malheureusement nous avons eu des problèmes avec la carte de crédit: personne te dit à l’avance que en utilisant l’AMEX on paye des commissions de 5% sur le total, visa et Mastercard 3%. On aurait choisi de payer cash avec 0 commissions.

Très bon accueil, calme et bonne cuisine

La vue depuis notre bure est incroyable et magnifique ! Le personnel est adorable et propose des activités très sympas comme le kayak ou la confection d’objet. La plage et la piscine sont très agréables pour se détendre. Super lieu de détente !! Un bemol : les moustiques ! Même pas, ils ont pensé à tout en prévoyant une spirale anti moustique tous les soirs dans chaque chambre.

Le bure est un peu vieillot et c’est le petit bémol même si on l’oublie vite en regardant dehors !

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Ed hat uns bei den Ausflügen und sonstigen Dingen sehr gut unterstützt. Das Essen im Restaurant und die Cocktails waren ausgezeichnet.

Langfristig sollten Reparaturen/Erneuerungen in der Anlage erfolgen, damit die Gäste sich auch zukünftig wohl fühlen.

Lage am Wassee

Etwas veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen. Auf der Internetseite wir Yoga angeboten, dies gibt es aber seit 5 Jahren nicht mehr.

Die Lage war fantastisch. Ich hatte nur 4 Nächte und habe mir genau das gewünscht. Morgens aufwachen unter Palmen, ins Meer gehen und die Sonne genießen. Es war so wie gedacht. Aussendusche, aussergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Die Menschen auf den Fijis sind sowieso alle sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist Abends schön ausgeleuchtet und das Wasser kommt manchmal bis an die Hütten heran. Das Gras fühlt sich an wie ein grüner Teppich. Es hat mir gefallen.

Internet nur im Restaurant, was aber kein Problem für mich war. Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen und man sollte nicht auf jeden Fleck schauen. Auch die Mosqitonetze mussten mal gereinigt werden. Die Zimmer selbst leuchten nicht mehr so wie auf den Fotos. Alles ist etwas angerostet und veraltet. Eine Renovierung wäre dringend angesagt. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, alle Extras kosten zusätzlich. Der Strand, an dem leider oft Müll gespült wird, sollte 1-2 mal die Woche davon befreit werden. Am Ende der Anlage kommt ein kleiner, manchmal übel riechender Fluß an. Alles Punkte die eben kein perfektes Paradies aus dieser Anlage machen. Trotzdem würde ich wieder hinfahren.
